Sandi Fox has more than 11 years of digital strategy experience across multiple sectors, including government, political, non-profit, and private sectors. She has developed and managed innovative and effective digital outreach, advocacy and fundraising programs that emphasized results, engagement, deliverability, and audience growth.
She most recently served as Digital Strategy Manager for Planned Parenthood and Planned Parenthood Action Fund for over three years leading their advocacy efforts. She developed their mobile program that had over 1000% growth through testing, organic and paid acquisition and an emphasis on engagement. In addition, Sandi was a U.S. Fulbright Grantee in Sofia, Bulgaria, from 2009-2010. There, she conducted a strategic analysis of the relationship between NGOs and the Bulgarian government to see how they could better cooperate to implement national and E.U. anti-human trafficking policies. She previously served as communications manager and business development analyst at the Massachusetts State Office of Minority and Women Business Assistance, or SOMWBA/SDO, under the Patrick-Murray administration. Before that she was at the Small Business Service Bureau, Inc., and the successful 2006 Patrick-Murray coordinated Massachusetts gubernatorial campaign.
She also co-founded the Boston chapter of the New Leaders Council (NLC) and served as National Alumni Director for thousands of members of the NLC community. NLC trains and supports the next generation of progressive political entrepreneurs — leaders who set trends, build institutions or shape industries that enhance civic and political life.
Sandi holds a B.A. in government and international relations with a minor in women’s studies, as well as a master’s degree in public administration with a concentration in nonprofit management from Clark University in Worcester, MA. She currently resides in Washington, D.C.
